I ordered the 12 original piece meal through Uber eats. They didn't have enough chicken only wings and legs, they didn't give me... the Mac n cheese I ordered nor did I get the six biscuits , the chicken was crispy not original and the gravy was nothing butwater. I will never order from them again. My family likes KFC. They just proved my point about KFC. Now I don't ever have toorder KFC again. Read more

I order a eight piece original family meal and a 12 piece wing the lady told me 15 minutes on the speaker for the original , I... pull to the window And she proceeds to say 18 minutes and that the cook is dropping it now I waited for 30 minutes to come inthe store for them to tell me 10 minutes. No one never apologize about the wait time the Lady who is African-American she washeavyset On the weight side she had a short fade as far as ball head she had the audacity to give attitude towards me when I amthe customer and I have been patient so now I?ll together I have been waiting about 50minutes For my chicken did they say itwill only take 15 minutes for original, I will say avoid this location and go to the KFC on 103rd and Cicero yeah you probablystill have to wait but not for long. I order chicken from this place and the chicken on top look fine but the chicken on the bottom was burned , came to return it to... have a refund and they told Me I could not get a refund that they would replace it with good chicken , since that was my onlychoice I accepted and they ended giving me the same chicken I came to return , I don?t know if it was on purpose or they justgot mix up with the boxes , waste of my time and at the end didn?t get my refund and ended with the same chicken , I gave thechicken to my dog . Went there around 6 pm thru d/t and wanted to place an order... The lady on the d/t said that she said they only had certain... items to sell and that they where closing at 7 pm they could of cooked something since we where there just a little after 6 pm iwould never go again...
