I?m a delivery driver. They ran out of the free beverage buckets included in the order. I asked for some drinks instead for the... customer since it was implied they would get it. My chicken was fresh, piping hot and simply delicious! However, I was craving the Nashville hot chicken. I asked if I could... pay to have it on my chicken. The manager told me they only offer it on the tenders and if I wanted it on my chicken, I would becharged ann additional $5...FOR SOME SAUCE!!? I know that food prices have gone up but that is absolutely ridiculous. I feellike it was terrible customer service to even say this to me. A simple We don't offer it would have been enough. I would havebeen disappointed but I would have understood and moved on. Also, the Mac n cheese tasted like it came straight from a can...All of it. I don't understand why KFC can't seem to get the sides right. They changed the cole slaw a long time ago and I stillhaven't forgiven them. My chicken and drink were really good though. Their attitudes are horrible. The way they greet you at drive though and talk to you like a criminal. They don't even sound... interested in taking your order. If they mess up your order they will argue with you about it. Read more
