Friendly, cozy local bar. Visited while traveling from out of town, but didn't "feel" like outsiders! Good all-around selection... of beers, as well as a great cider selection!!! One of the oldest bars in Chicago 3rd oldest in history. Great choice of beers on tap and plenty of choice on other good alcohol... drops. The atmosphere is relax and inclusive try to get a seat at the bar. The outdoor seating area is also very nice and cool.The staff behind the bar very friendly.The night shift bar manager very engaging and helpful. Fun atmosphere and pleasant bartenders. We got to sample a couple of beers before choosing ones we liked. They also were... willing to have a trivia game show on two of their tvs instead of all sports. Fun neighborhood vibe and good beer! Read more
I happened upon this tavern by accident. I?m very happy I went in for several drinks. The interior is dark and old in a charming... way. The staff is friendly and prices are great. They carry Delirium Tremens which is my favourite beer. I also discovered adelicious guava flavoured cider. Read more
Flew in from out of town the night we went to Kasey?s Tavern. We first did research of the top rated bars near South Loop.... Kasey?s Tavern was one them. This bar was crowded but a popular spot for date night, small gatherings or hanging on your own.Plenty of drink options and good food options. The bartenders were so friendly and really attentive. We ended up ordering pizzaat the end of night and this didn?t disappoint at all. We had the best start to our Chicago trip by going to this bar first. Read more

Nice sports bar with quite a bit is seating. There is a pretty good selection of draft beers. I had a red ale which was tasty.... The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of TVs with American football when I went in. Read more
Friendly sports bar with good service and a wide beer selection on tap. Don?t order a margarita?they use a super-sweet mix and... serve it in a rocks glass. We went there for serval nights in a row while visiting Chicago. We always got a table. Read more
