Love Just salad! Samuel at this location is my favorite team member to make my crispy chicken poblano salad. He is quick,... polite, and the salad is always consistent. Go-to for a healthy lunch during the week. The salad combinations are so yummy and they always have seasonal favorites. I love... their green commitment as well by displaying CO2 emmissions linked to each product and allowing you to buy a plastic bowl thatyou can reuse everytime you go and get a free topping. Pickup order was fifteen minutes late. They finally determined they gave my order to the wrong person and asked that I take that... person's order. The food had been sitting out almost an hour and half on the pickup shelf... I had to ask them to remake myorder. The employees were nice enough, but no apology for waiting around in their store and then being asked to take old food.Just handed me the salad and sent me on my way. I know its lunch rush hour in the city, but this is not an acceptable level ofservice. Read more
My first time trying Just Salad and I was very happy with the lunch. We were downtown going to see the ballet and wanted a... quick healthier type of lunch and saw the location and figured why not try it. I got a Chicken Caesar wrap and I really enjoyedit. I will definitely try them again another time and try different items. Everything was fresh and a good variety. It isnice they give you a choice of how much dressing you want. That is a key sometimes since other places don't add enough or addtoo much. Here you can control it. It is worth a try. The price is a bit on the high side but can't argue with the quality. I love this place! I go there all the time because they have a lot of great choices. Herbert is awesome. He's super friendly and... always makes my salads with the perfect amount of dressing. Just Salad is super yummy but there 'may' be some mix ups during busy lunch rushes. I get vegan salads only. I always dissect my... salad, reassemble and add extras because no One eatery has everything I want without getting too expensive. Plus there seems toalways be meat in my salads???? as pictured. I got a Build Your Own salad. Didn't get the edamame I ordered (whoomp). Saladarrived with romaine, spinach, shredded carrots, cucumbers, apples, cranberries and bread. I added avocado, cherry tomatoes,goji berries, sunflower seeds with fresh squeezed lime juice as a dressing. I only order when the Sales team is buying. LOL! Read more
