I really wanted to like this place but it was subpar, awkward experience and we will not be back. Visited on a Saturday morning.... They had only 1 person working behind the counter. Another person was hanging around in the background not doing anything. Theircredit card reader was down, so the person making the drinks also had to input all credit card numbers by hand. It took foreverfor our items to be ready and they were not worth the wait. Management needs to get it together. Read more

No matter what kind of coffee drink you order, whether it?s drip with a little milk, or a latte with whole milk, it all tastes... incredibly burned and bitter. Additionally, having been to Vienna, none of the ?authentic? Viennese drinks they make tasteanything like the real thing. Read more

okay. so I literally just walked to my car from the worst experience ever. it all started great I was happy to get my coffee...... I walked in ordered an americano then right away changed my mind to a latte. I could tell that the guy....(lightish brown hairthin, blue eyes...) was already annoyed but what ever I didn't think anything of it. so while it was being made I checked outthe products on the shelves. I picked up the jam was reading the lable and came back to the counter. I asked the guy if it was aGerman company because the lable to the jam was german... any ways at that point my coffee was done... I was talking with myhands bumped over the drink where the cap came off and it clearly spilled. I felt bad so I offered to clean it up... which isfine... but I also said I feel bad you don't have to make me another one... and so this is the mind boggling part.. the guyproceeds to hand me a towel where I'm on the floor cleaning it and doesn't offer to help nor make me a new drink so I left witha 16 oz empty cup with about three sips left... as I left I joked and just said sorry about that that must mean I don't need itanyways... I'm totally doubfounded by this common sense hey Lisa no big deal stuff happens let me make you another but no Ididn't even get one drink before I lost it my 7$ drink to the counter. picture of my beverage below. thanks guy. I was aregular here spending 200 or more a month, heck I used to be a regular all the way back when they were on Ravenswood before themove....but I will NOT come back to this location. Read more

Had a great latte and almond pastry from Tom (I think that was his name) the barista this morning. The latte didn't have much of... a bite like some others I've had before and was extremely smooth. The pasty was crisp to perfection and was great for any sweettooth's out there. Read more

I love coming here and reconnecting to my Austrian roots. Even though today I had a chocolate croissant and a chai tea latte,... hehe. They opened a location right by me! But they don't have the full menu just their delicious pastries and drinks. If youwant their lunch and dinner menu you need to go to their location on Southport. Read more
