TERRIBLE customer service. The general manager, Nia, is by far the worst I?ve experienced. She truly does not care whether you... patronize their family restaurant or not. No apologies for restaurant mistakes like incorrect orders. Simply, ?good help is hardto find.? Ridiculous. Last night, I placed an order and ended up talking to her afterwards. Absolutely loved the smoothies that Rich made! He provided the best service. I almost thought he owned the place. The grill was... closed but was still able to get some onion rings which were large and juicy. Definitely coming here more! Read more
The cooks here are good. Smoothies are yummm and pretty much everything I?ve ever ordered the 10+ years coming to Jubille... occasionally. I will say that almost anytime ever the cashier customer service most recently is extremely rude. Sunday I calledat 7:15pm to order 3 things and the woman who answered seemed like patroning this business was a burden to her and rude socialskills. Like , hello.. The cashier Rich took our order he was very pleasant and he suggested two smooties for us the Tropical Passion with pineapple... juice, and the Mango Madness they were both very tasty. We also ordered the turkey burger which was home-made and made to orderdefinitely not frozen. With an order of the waffle fries which were a big enough order for both me and my fiancé to share.Thank you again Rich for a wonderful first time visit. Omg, we wish we had took a picture of our food. But, that tells you how good it was. It taste so good we forgot. I had the... philly cheesesteak on a bed of lettuce with ranch & it was soooooooo delicious & the Steak was soooooooo tender. This was alldue to the efforts of the excellent customer service we received from the Cashier Rich. He gave a lot of options and suggestionsand was very patient with us. Which all of his recommendations were on point and sooooooo tasty. He also suggested the Spinach &Strawberry salad with grilled chicken, we also ordered the Roasted vegetables, the Hummus plate, a Bacon Cheesburger with Friesto go for my Son & he also suggested the Orange Berry Dream Smoothie that was a Dream, lol (It was very satisfying & tasty).Everything was Excellent, I take my hat off to the Cook. I really appreciate all the help we got from Richard he was verypersonable, attentive but, he didn't pester us, and he went above & beyond to make sure myself & my Spouse experience was greatat the restaurant. Please Don?t Lose Rich he's a true asset to your team and Kudos to the Cook, as well because everything wasso Delicious. Very unprofessional. The black guy is rude and didn?t let me know my order was ready after he took my order n asked my name for... it as well. The cheese for the broccoli and potatoes taste old and made my stomach hurt. They put no butter in the bag for mybaked potato after I requested. They need to get it together. I came in a few days ago and had a Pineapple Craze smoothie and some waffle fries. Angie assisted me and was very friendly. Her... service was fast as well. I wanted to opt out on the yogurt and sherbet in my smoothie. Angie assured me she could still makethe smoothie without the yogurt and sherbet and replaced it with ice. I appreciated that. Read more
