TERRIBLE customer service. The general manager, Nia, is by far the worst I?ve experienced. She truly does not care whether you... patronize their family restaurant or not. No apologies for restaurant mistakes like incorrect orders. Simply, ?good help is hardto find.? Ridiculous. Last night, I placed an order and ended up talking to her afterwards. The cooks here are good. Smoothies are yummm and pretty much everything I?ve ever ordered the 10+ years coming to Jubille... occasionally. I will say that almost anytime ever the cashier customer service most recently is extremely rude. Sunday I calledat 7:15pm to order 3 things and the woman who answered seemed like patroning this business was a burden to her and rude socialskills. Like , hello..
