This was a Phenomenal experience! We were celebrating our Birthday's, started off w/an Onion Ring Tower w/a Caramel Apple Mule &... Spiked (Rum) Hot Apple Cider. Our entrées were the Clevelander & Loaded Grilled Cheese w/Roasted Tomato Bisque which was sodelicious. We finished our meal splitting a Pumpkin Patch Shake. Read more

We, my daughter and I, were planning to eat at Jo Jo's and when we arrived we were super surprised to see they had a decorated... outside eating area. The young man welcomed us in and we were able to pick where we wanted to sit. The decor had mostly Fallitems but did have some country style scenes and some Christmas too. We love places to take fun photos so this was just an addedbonus for us. We ordered the Chicken Wrap and the Honey chicken sandwich with a side order of loaded fries. The food was verytasty and we enjoyed our meals. The service was good and the place was super fun to take photos while waiting for our food toarrive. The only thing for some people that may bother you is that there are a lot of pigeons roaming around waiting to get somecrumbs. We didn't mind as we love all animals and birds so we may have given them some crumbs to enjoy. I think this a a verycool place to sit outside and enjoy a meal. We will be going back to see what they have for a Christmas display. Read more

Kinda underwhelming. The decor is cute, but not really worth the price. I just got a regular milkshake and we also got a cookies... and milk flight. It was a fun idea, but the cookies were not delectable. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood. The milkshake wasgood. The bathroom is extremely small, where your knees practically touch the door when you sit down, so I wasn't a fan of that. There are also no bag hooks in the stalls. Read more

Great music, fun atmosphere, and pretty busy in the evenings and weekends. They do have restrooms in the actual building... adjacent to the outdoor seating area. They're up some stairs though and the stairway up is quite narrow. I was able to get avideo of the place before the crowds and you can see the summer themed outdoor setup. The shakes are over the top for sure, butyou didn't come here for anything less, right? Servers are excellent and wait times not too bad even when they're packed. Onlyordered shakes so can't speak to their food selection, other than this is not the place to be on a diet. Come and have anamazing time, especially if you tell them it's your birthday :) Read more

A very cute environment perfect for a photo op, amazing choices for indulgent sweets, and a very friendly wait staff. Keep in... mind the portions are huge (you definitely get your moneys worth). Three of us shared and couldn’t finish the Birthday shake, but enjoyed every bite we could. Read more

This was a cool place with a tasty niche idea. The shakes! They have the most creative, decadent, delicious, and unique shakes!... Crazy big and crazy good. We get ours boozey! The food is delicious as well. There scenery outside in their covered patio isalways fun to check out. My only concern was my food was cold. But could have been a one time issue. Check it out! It was a cute little place. The shakes were super indulgent and the food was reasonably priced. Would've been better if my food... didn't come out cold (I had the brisket sandwich and a side of fries). I'm not much of a sweets person so I probably will not bereturning but my daughter enjoyed herself. I didn't hate it but I also didn't love it. Read more

There is nothing inherently bad about this place, I just think the hype overshadows the reality. The food is ok. The service was... good. The shakes are created well and are tasty, just ridiculously small for $16. We ate in the Christmas tent and it wasnothing special, plus it was freezing in there despite the space heaters...definitely not worth paying an extra $10 to eat inthe tent...I would've paid extra to eat in the restaurant to avoid the experience of the tent lol. Overall, decide to invest andjust go grab a shake for the experience, it'll be fine, but nothing to do more than once, I hate to say. Read more
