Ordered the Blue Magic shake and it was made wrong, it tasted super bitter and I?ve ordered this drink several times before -... it?s never tasted like this. Asked if the drink could be fixed and the girl behind the counter started mocking me. She remade itbut made sure to be extremely rude to me about it. I wish I could give 0 stars for the absolute lack of customer service. I ordered delivery from this store 1,5 hours ago and the... app says that my order was delivered. However, their contractor, Uber delivery, confirmed that my order wasn?t delivered. Theytold me to contact Joe & the Juice after a cal that lasted 20 min. I wasn?t able to call or chat with anyone from J&J. Pleaseadd your contact info to your website, or do not mark orders as delivered and charge $ if they were not in fact delivered. Read more
Honestly this is not a juice company. They literally put ice in my ginger and apple shot and then blended it??? They Charged me... extra for less apple and more ginger (which is totally fine) but didn?t add more ginger just ice. I ended up swallowing hugechunks of ice in 2oz shot. Embarrassing. The customer service is horrible and everyone treats you as if you?re an inconvenience.There are so many other local juice companies to support. Do not waste your time at this imposter of a place. One of my favorite places that I visited in Chicago. Not too busy so the service was fast and the barista working at the time... was wonderful to talk with. I cannot remember the name of the smoothie that I purchashed, but it had peppercorns and red pepperjuice in it and it was amazing. Highly recommend visiting here. Read more

Conveniently located close to Gold Coast Equinox (3-5 min walk) ~ for all those gym peeps craving for a power smoothie or... organic smoothie this is the place to come after your workout. There are vegan brownies options too. It was my first timestopping but I got strawberry power smoothie. I enjoyed it ! It was tasty and it left me feeling refreshed after my morningworkout routine. First and LAST time visiting Joe and the Juice. Had two photo shoots downtown yesterday and stopped in here for a quick bite... after my first shoot. First of all the people who worked there were rude AF. I ordered a green smoothie and club sandwich. The sandwich was ok, but the smoothie was disgusting, and after I took one sip and asked if I could exchange it the girl behindthe counter, who's eye makeup was as severe as her attitude, said absolutely not "because that one is already made". I was sofrustrated I dumped my entire $26 order + 15% tip into the garbage and left. So yes, I'm out $30 dollars but Joe and the Juicelost a customer for life. Read more
