twice ive online ordered to pick up and its been a complete waste of time. They don?t actually use the pick up area so you have... to get in line with customers to get your order. So if there are 5 customers in line you have to wait just to get your alreadypremade sandwich. Buy the time you actually get to eat your sandwich its soggy because its been sitting behind the counter. Thisis annoying to me because i have a limited time for lunch and pick up should be 2 min process. Id recommend staying away fromhere if your doing an online order. Your better off skipping online ordering and have your sandwich made fresh since you?ll haveto wait in line anyway. Read more
Online orders from this place never follow what you ask for, I asked for a sandwich with no mayo as I have a dietary restriction... and they gave me mayo. This has happen on multiple occasions and won?t be going to use online ordering from here again. Read more
I went to the Jimmy John?s in the Medical Center for lunch and ordered The Vito combo, it was good and they get you in and out... in no time. Prompt and courteous service. It?s a good place to go for a quick lunch. Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walked in to place an order on June 14 and was left very disappointed. They didn?t welcome me in. At the... end the employee handed me my sandwich without a bag or napkins. I couldn?t believe I had to ask him for a bag and napkins too.This employee didn?t apologized and I definitely won?t be coming here. Wow, what a difference 2 weeks make... on November 15, 2022 I placed an order via delivery... Freaky Fast turned into... RIDICULOUSLY SLOW/FREAKY SLOW 2 hour delivery... NOT GOOD ????????????
