I got here at 7:16. They clpse at 8pm. The woman inside refused to slice cheese to make a veggie sandwich. As someone whose... industry I know how it can be a bit of a project to slice and clean a slicer. But thats just rediculous. Thats 40 minutes. I love Jimmy Johns but won?t order from this location ever again. Bread tasted very old, not making sandwiches to JJ... specifications. Drivers are all lazy and don?t read delivery instructions. If I wanted to go down 50 floors to pickup my foodfrom the lobby, I would just go out. Never again for this location. Read more
Ordered the party box sandwiches which was flavorful but all my sandwiches was missing pickles and mustard ... the sandwiches... had some type of seed like spread on them. Kids definitely didn't eat them so the adults finished the sandwiches!!! But had toremove the seed spread cause no one liked the spread. Customer service was awesome. I will highly recommend they sandwiches butwith no seed spread on them. Read more
Today at 12:45, after waiting about 5 minutes, I noticed everyone who ordered after me was getting their sandwich. I asked at... the counter for it and was told we'll make it now after they whispered amongst themselves. Didn't even have all of theingredients in sandwich. No apology or thank you or anything. They gave away my sandwich to wrong customer and got anotherperson's order wrong, he left annoyed also. Terrible customer service. Read more
I always get great service here.... All the people that work here are fun and charming... Especially Tabitha.... She has a good... working environment and team. Then there is Chris.... Tall guy... Order was accepted at 6:14 P.M.. After calling an hour later Rochelle ?promised? us that the food would be here within another... half hour. 45 minutes passed so we called back again and received no further information on the whereabouts of the order andrequested that the order be free, as it ruined over 4 people?s plans for the night. The point of JJ is to be quick andconvenient. I understand understaffing issues, being busy, and appreciate customer service, but what I won?t stand for is lyingand evasiveness. After another 45 minutes passed we called back and we were told that the driver was knocking on our door andcalling us repeatedly. I know this was a lie because you can?t access our door without us paging you into the building, and Ireceived 0 phone calls. In ?trying to resolve the issue? Rochelle later claimed that we voided the order, and then once she ranout of excuses and getting defensive she suggested that we call the GM to resolve this. Then, she claimed that she wasn?tallowed to give us names or numbers for neither the delivery driver OR the GM.. So not only did we wait 2+ hours expecting somesandwiches, but we have no point of contact to resolve the issue. I will never order from this Jimmy Johns again in my life, andI strongly encourage anybody to avoid the headache with this shop. This is the first negative review I?ve written in my life..
