All items have been included in my order both times I?ve picked up here. Staff greeted me when I arrived. Food was ready fast.
We visited the Hampton by Hilton this weekend and went to this Jimmy John's location. Rude service by both girls working... Saturday afternoon 6/29. They didn't want to be bothered by doing their jobs. Almost $70 and act annoyed about cutting thesandwiches. They were annoyed and short answered when asked what drinks they had. They sell tea, but had no sugar and annoyedwhen asked for sugar. $70 later for just 4 sandwiches and not a thank you for your business, stale bread we realized when wewalked two blocks back to the hotel and at right away, and didn't get the order right. Chose any other JJ. I ordered a veggie sandwich that came with turkey. Staff is extremely slow and lazy. Not a single staff... member greeted me or smiled. I was the only one inside and they wouldn?t take my order for 10 minutes and then rushed and putturkey on my veggie sub. Also paid for kickin ranch which was only 1/4th full. This is the only jimmy johns that doesn?t knowwhat ingredients are in there sandwich numbers and doesn?t provide speedy service. Please train staff and at least pretend tocare about your customers. Just stopped in for a quick sandwich after work and all I can say is WOW! in a day in age when customer service is dying if not... already dead, This guy "Ty"? Gives me hope it does still exist. He was polite and charming, and genuinely seemed happy to helpme and my hunger problem. Which is so rare to find now a days, especially at a place like JJ. It's always good service here. We make it a point to hit up this location when we come to Chicago once a year. Our kids love it.... The seating is always available, because most people take their orders to go. The employees always seem to be busy, but younever feel like a bother to them. A big bonus. Can't wait to come next year!
