We visited the Hampton by Hilton this weekend and went to this Jimmy John's location. Rude service by both girls working... Saturday afternoon 6/29. They didn't want to be bothered by doing their jobs. Almost $70 and act annoyed about cutting thesandwiches. They were annoyed and short answered when asked what drinks they had. They sell tea, but had no sugar and annoyedwhen asked for sugar. $70 later for just 4 sandwiches and not a thank you for your business, stale bread we realized when wewalked two blocks back to the hotel and at right away, and didn't get the order right. Chose any other JJ. I ordered a veggie sandwich that came with turkey. Staff is extremely slow and lazy. Not a single staff... member greeted me or smiled. I was the only one inside and they wouldn?t take my order for 10 minutes and then rushed and putturkey on my veggie sub. Also paid for kickin ranch which was only 1/4th full. This is the only jimmy johns that doesn?t knowwhat ingredients are in there sandwich numbers and doesn?t provide speedy service. Please train staff and at least pretend tocare about your customers.
