Employee needs help. 1 person cannot take care of 15 people. I love Jimmy's but long lines and then wait times are hurting this... locations. I hope they don't close. This location needs to hire more people. Great locations, terrible management. I feel badfor the employee. She's trying her best. I'm surprised she hasn't quit to be honest. She needs help!!!! Very nice employee working here (alone). Thus service is glacially slow. She is forced to take several orders and make them all... at once. So if you're next in line, you're there for 10+ minutes. Get this person some help! Read more

Gentleman at the counter was eating food from another establishment when I walked up to order. He never greeted me and continued... to wipe his mouth with a napkin while taking my order. He then continue to wipe his mouth then touch my drink and drink lid.Never washed his hands. Read more

Twice now that i have ordered from this location and the first time they took over an hour to deliver. I called at the half... hour mark and they said that the driver had 10 deliveries to go to and that they were sorry but that he was around the corner.another 30 minutes went by and nothing. I called again and that time they offered to take care of the charge.. come to see thatthey never did. But at least I finally got my order 15 later. Another time- took them 45 minutes to deliver....... again. Thegirl on the phone (not so pleasant) said "well the driver has 7 in front of you and he's by foot so yeah, we're prettybusy" Needless to say i wont be ordering from this location anymore. Does not value loyal employees. Told them I was going to be absent for a matter of months and was promised my job back. I come... back only to be accused of robbing the location and was threatened with the police. Never had a bad mark on my record, waspromised a Mgr spot in the owners new location and this is how I was treated. I have since come to find the sandwiches are notworth the price by a longshot. I'm tired of ppl telling me they went to the jjs I worked at and hated it. From loyal, to neverchoosing jjs ever again. Read more
