Came a little before 3pm and was told they?re closed and don?t have anything
Not very friendly...visitors of the Aon building and needed to grab lunch due to a meeting delay. Ordered 2 combos, includes... sandwich chips and soda. Turkey was plain with just meat and cheese...they charged me $1 for a slice of cheese! Did not realizethey didn?t give me the chips until riding 3 banks of elevators and had to go back. Lady said ?You were supposed to grab yourchips under the register!? Really?! You could have at least told me that when I paid! I?ll NEVER eat at another Jimmy Johnsagain. Cold, plain sandwiches! I went in to the aon location and asked for a turkey. They gave me tuna, I told the woman I order turkey, the 1st prep guy came... down and said rudely you said tuna! I said no I dont eat tuna, instead of apologizing for the mix up he insisted to argue withme and tell me I ordered tuna. You need to loose the attitude. First time I've ever had to wait at a Jimmy John's! And with no apology! 10 minute wait with only 3 people ahead of me.
I wish the Jimmy John's was open inside the Aon Center when I worked here, but it is a welcome addition to one of my favorite... Chicago office buildings. The manager is really nice and they are very fast. I've ordered numerous catered lunches from thislocation and they do a great job and deliver quickly. Read more
The people who run this location are totally incompetent! They never get your order right. Some days they have no bread. Some... days they randomly close in the middle of the lunch rush even though you can see them making sandwiches through the window. Theymust work really hard to be this bad! Read more
