I was in and out fast and the quality met expectations. Typical for the Loop you're paying a huge premium to eat lunch there and... unfortunately this restaurant is no different. Also typical for the Loop this restaurant closes very early (4:00 p.m.). This location is fast and friendly. Please get wifi for your customers as there is no or minimal cell service inside here.
Ordered lunch for a trial taking place at the Daley Center. Needed to get lunch over in 30mins and these guys did a great job. I... am not sure the name of the manager who was making sure everything was done right, but that dude was on his game during a busylunch hour. Great great job! Read more

This Jimmy John's location is great! They are quick and make a some really good sandwiches. I always order an unwich and the... last time I was in, the girl who made it told me, "This is the best unwich I ever made. Really busy at lunch time, and they know how to handle the rush. If you are looking for a lighter option try a lettuce wrap... which comes with the same great sub toppings inside a large lettuce leaf. It's a healthy alternative and will save you lots ofcalories. Rude on the phone. Didn?t want to deliver to my location which was 3/4 of a mile away. He said to call other closer locations... and that ?I WILL NOT DELIVER THERE?!! I called that location specifically because it had better ratings than the other jimmyjohns that were a little closer. Maybe they lower ratings. Read more
