They have One veggie option. It's tasty and healthy. Good that they now offer King size for dinner. The toppings are spare... compared to Subway, but the quality of the bread and cheese here is waaaay better. A tad expensive but worth it. ETA: I'm sadthat the quality of bread has gone down. I don't know if they changed the recipe or the method of baking. But what used to bepillowy soft and tasty has now become kinda hard and gritty. Human finger nail in my sandwich. STAFF NOT WEARING GLOVES I am very upset. I come to this location often because it is so close... to my office. I ordered my sandwich today only to discover a human finger nail. I find this unacceptable that body parts couldeven make it into my sandwich. This was an awful, disgusting experience, and I am concerned it could indicate a larger healthissue, because employees are supposed to be wearing gloves. Read more
I tried to go here but couldn't. Two staff members inside, clearly still in their gear, just standing around. 8:30pm, lights on,... everything still ready and sitting there. I guess the hours until 9pm are not correct? Or they just decided to clock outwhenever they felt like it. Need to update your hours on the web if not correct. It's listed as 9 so that's why I camehere. Front door was unlocked, walked in but inner second door was locked. Pulled again because I thought maybe I didn't pullwith enough force. No closed sign or anything. The girl at the cashier on her phone just stared at me blankly for a few secondsand then shook her head. I went to Subway instead, that's what I have to say about this place. Been here periodically beforebut it never feels friendly. Barely a hello. Sandwiches have never been bad but it feels like the staff wants you to get outbefore you've even walked in. I highly recommend the Jimmy John's one street over on Washington. Go there instead. Everyone isnice and cool and will say hi and thanks for coming, have a good one. Only reason I didn't go there this time is they close at8pm. I feel like this particular location needs a life line or a face lift or something to prop it back up. Gives off the vibeof an old animal slowly dying who doesn't even want to be here anymore. Literally the dumbest staff around. Everyone there should be fired and replaced. Last time I called After 5 minutes of being on... hold she comes back on laughing saying we don't deliver to your building even though we are on the same block. When I asked herto explain she said they don't have cars so they have to walk, which I again said we are on the same block. After she continuedto laugh I just hung up. I can usually rely on Jimmy John's, but this one was gross. I arrived to a humid, musty smell that obviously came from the... process of spraying down the big industrial sink in the back. The guy doing it came right up and started my sandwich with thesame gloves he wss as using at the sink. Inexplicably, all the prices on the menu had been covered in black tape. I almost left,but was too hungry. I feel ok, so I th think I dodged a bullet. Read more
Sandwiches are very SALTY, staff is friendly and dining area is clean.
