I came here a couple days ago, i notified the cashier i was allergic to pork, a lady that was cleaning the machines comes... yelling from the back "hes not allergic to it, he just doesnt eat it. So she thought my allergies are a joke and didnt take themseriously. I tried telling her that im actually allergic to pork, anyways i proceed with making the order, she grabs the breadand before she starts making the sandwich i noticed she didnt change her gloves after cleaning. I quickly cancelled the order. Iwill not eat food that is made with half that stores germs and bacteria. Ps i have pork-cat syndrome its a very rare allergy. Read more
Ordered online. They made the sandwich but never updated the order status in the app. This happened every time. Their excuse was... they were "short staffed". I saw a whole pile of sandwiches behind the counter that were not picked up. Apparently they were notshort of staff making the sandwiches. They must be short of staff who can press buttons. Read more

Line out the door. Confused orders. No Whole Wheat bread! I tried the Unwich and it just felt like it had half the food as a... whole wheat bread sandwich. I was verbally abused by the older black man. This man was pounding the items on the table. He screamed loudly to his co-worker.... I told with why are you so upset? They missed items in my order a few weeks ago. I called and they said they would give me a $5 credit but I had to place an order... by phone to use it. I made that call today and the employee would refuse to talk to me over the phone and said I have to comeinto the store to talk in person. Not sure they understand the concept of order ahead to pick up. Rude, unorganized.
