I walked in got a turkey avocado sandwich. Starting to it eat it notice no avocado. Advised the rep she said there is looked... closer it was a tiny bit of avocado at the end part of sandwich. She did give me a small cup however she was laughing shethought it was funny. Bad customer service. You charge 1.00 extra for avocado the rep was to lazy to properly prepare thesandwich. I decided to swing by and grab a sandwich (after the online drama that didn't go well for me!). I literally waited in line,... OUTSIDE, for 15 minutes! The line never moved! I came back to the office hungry. I guess I'll nibble on apple slices! NEVERAGAIN!! Poorest service ever. I worked at Burger King decades ago. Nothing fast about this location. Waited in line for over 20 minutes just for someone to take the order. Happened twice last... week and this week I just left. Seems like they?re more focused on doing online orders than they are with the people that arelined up outside the door. Not sure why they?re still doing both when they?re not able to provide service for both services. Read more
Freaky SLOW. I made the mistake of walking into the store to order. There was one person in front of me. It took 5 minutes... before they took her order. One guy came in, waited in line and left in this time. Then it was my turn. I waited patiently whilethey scurried around preparing orders coming in electronically. Then the cashier comes to the register, says it will be just bea few more minutes and just stands at the register. Um, why couldn?t she take my order if she?s just standing there? Becausethey didn?t want to be any busier? Idk. They didn?t say anything but keep waiting. I left and went to subway. So, don?t expectto just walk-in and get service?. It isn?t gonna happen. They should just close the store front and only process online orders. Read more
These sandwiches are just OK but life is hard so FIVE STARS. Some of the neon sign was not functioning inside, so it said "Your... Mom Wants You," which was kind of funny but also bizarre and maybe not great while you're eating. Then there's the sign aboutwanting to see you naked. I also don't like the "FREE SMELLS" sign as I find it incredibly rude to those we call "the lessfortunate." Basically this place sucks. Read more
Jimmy John's is a good place for a good sandwich and it's far better than some of the fast food places around. This being said I... have had better sandwiches and infact I've had way better sandwiches. It's an okay place but I'll bet if you look hard enough,you could probably find a better local place nearby. This branch often does not open on time. I live nearby so often come right when it?s *supposed* to open. Today I am currently... standing outside waiting for it to open when the time listed on google said 10AM. Perhaps it?s my fault for being too eager, butI expect chains to open at their stated time. UPDATE: after waiting 15 minutes the workers who showed up late finally stoppedignoring me and came to unlock the front door. They said they were supposed to be open at 10AM but still didn?t have any bread,so couldn?t make sandwiches... I went to Dunkin? Donuts instead because at least they?re open. I?m also a bit hungover and it?sfreezing in Chicago so this was a bummer. UPDATE PT 2: I went back to JJ after Drunkin and they are still not open.
