I normally love Jimmy John?s but this location is the worst in the world. Have you ever seen a sandwich this thin for $9? One... slice of cheese! It was super stale (that crunchy kind of stale), tasted rancid, and I threw it out after 2 bites. They weren?table to give me a receipt when I bought it, so I couldn?t even take it back for a refund. I've been to this location about three times, and every time they've gotten at least one thing in our order wrong. Today,... knowing this, I confirmed with the person who made my order before I left that all the sandwiches would be made correctly, buttry once again one was not correct. I went back to the location, and a person that took my order said she forgot that part ofthe idea, and after asking me more questions they remade my sandwich. However, they handed it to me with a big eye roll andnobody apologized. Customer service and accuracy of orders is terrible. Please do better. Read more

Probably the worst Jimmy John?s in Chicago. The sandwiches either end up butchered or they?ll ignore parts of your order - like... if you want tomatoes removed from a sandwich. The staff members making the sandwich were rude on top of that. The old employeeswere better. Read more

I come here a lot and today I got like 5 pieces of lettuce on my sandwich. I also asked for extra onions and there were hardly... any. I didn't see until I got home and I was very irritated I spend almost $9 on a small poorly made sandwich with barely anylettuce. Read more
