Would not recommend this location. The food was standard subs and made correctly. The store was playing music wit explicit... lyrics in the public area forcing my family to leave the dining area and eat outside. Completely unacceptable. Read more

Very low-key vibe for a Jimmy John's. Definitely suiting for the surrounding universities. My only downside was that it's... probably the slowest Jimmy John's I've been to, but that aside everything was clean and the staff was nice. I think I happenedto visit during a shift change. This one has a better playlist/radio station playing than all the other ones I've been to, sositting in to eat and chat definitely works. Read more
Rude employees. Was basically verbally attacked after I didn?t hear employee ask me if I was waiting for my online order AFTER... apologizing. Was also told to get in line after I had initially waited at PICK UP location since I had already ordered online.Isn?t the purpose of pick up location to pick up your food if you already ordered? Hadn't been to Jimmy Johns in about 2-3 years and decided to go in today and re-familiarize myself with their lettuce wrap... (unwich). Unfortunately a couple of bites in, I was greeted by this little guy. There was no reason as to why I hadn't been toa Jimmy Johns in 2-3 years, but now I have a reason. However long I decide to reside in Chicago, I think I'll just stick tomaking homemade meals. Check your food before you eat it, folks because you might just get more than what you asked for. I really don't understand the reason for the overly low reviews for this Jimmy Johns. Yes, I think that the pricing on the food... is a bit high. However, the employees are very friendly and fast! I visit multiple times every week between classes and most ofthe time they have my order ready before I even pay! Highly Recommended! Read more
I asked for a #5 with no vinegar. I never said anything about not wanting oil. I did want the oil. I only said I didn?t want... vinegar. They didn?t ask if I still wanted oil so I assumed they would still be putting oil on it. I shouldn?t have made theassumption. When they called the order out they said #5 no sauce. I got confused and thought it was someone else?s. I do nofrequent Jimmy John?s, so how am I expected to know that sauce means oil & vinegar? Sauce is too broad of a word for that. Is itreally that difficult to just say #5 no vinegar? And then the employee made me feel stupid for not automatically knowing that?swhat it meant. What a waste of money and won?t be returning.
