On my second catering order (from this location), & haven't been disappointed! The bread is soft the veggies and meat taste... fresh. The catering presentation looks awesome. Fairly typical JJ's location, making their average fare. What I find frustrating about this particular store is that the layout... is so wide open it's actually confusing as to where to place and pick up your order. Sometimes there are tons of people to help,and sometimes it feels nobody is willing to help. And it's so dark and dank, it feels depressing being there. If you're justcoming to take your order out, none of this probably matters, but it's just not an overly pleasant place to go. Read more

So I order food right across the street from my job. I order at 11:19 but my food did not come until 11:57. I'm sitting at my... desk looking into the the Jimmy John. It was 3 workers there. One of the few downtown. They are often busy during lunch, but their sandwiches are worth it. They have a lot of seating inside,... but again, during lunch time, it is crowded and full. Take out is your best bet, unless you come after 1. Read more
Try the bootlegger club (#14) which has roast beef and turkey combined. The skinny chips don't taste "skinny" at all and they... are especially tasty when tucked into the sandwich! I've only done eat in here and they do a good job keeping the tables clean. Read more
