I called around 8:45 in the evening. I understand they close at 9:00 however; I live two blocks away. They told me they were... closed. This is not the first time I have had bad service from this location. There are times I wait 30 plus minutes for myorder. There are times the person calls and tells me, "Your order is here Ma". I have to call another location and walk a blockjust to get the good food I know Jimmy Johns provides. The Clinton location and customer service just sucks. I stopped in here because it was close by and I was starving.I thought Subway had some bad bread, this bread here is the Wonder... Bread of sub restaurants. I hated the bread, so knowing this, when i went this time, i meant to ask for wheat bread and no mayo.So I spoke to the young lady about getting my bread changed, she told me that the whaet bread had not been sliced yet and shewas not going to slice it just for me and waste a whole loaf. Fine I will by the whole loaf, take it back to work and make myown sandwich. This young lady told me, she wasn't going to sell me the loaf. Huh? It's a good thing they're so freaky-fast, because the customer service at this location is terrible. I've been here a few times... and been underwhelmed by their ability to ack human, but today the lady dropped my sandwich down between the sandwich stationand the glass wall and didn't even apologize or offer to help as I stood on my tip-toes to trying to reach it. Then when I askedfor napkins, because they had run out up front, she motioned to the back to the store and said there was a stack back there onthe counter somewhere....Anyway, like I said, if they weren't so super fast, I wouldn't waste my time being around their sub parstaff.
