Was there yesterday store manager Lamar is very mean and rude to his staff he was talking unprofessional to a female staff that... was trying to take care of my order and check me out and others he also was rude talking to me and my husband one day. The oldmanager was nice and they got things done. We also picked up another time and the same manager was being very rude to anotheryoung women and a young man to be Honest I do not know why they still have this man working in this store and operate in it cuzit is ridiculous now and he fixed me a sandwich and the meat was not good at all the taste was off I hope they make some changessoon because IDPH might need to get involved and close this place down. Ordered pickup 2 separate times, showed up 15 min later and ended up waiting 20+ minutes in the store while everyone who walked... in and ordered got their sandwiches before. Today I did an online order with delivery and it came really fast. Freaky fast as they say. Once I received my order and started... eating it, I noticed my #6, no meat sandwich, had turkey in it. I called the location and spoke with the manager. Sheapologized and was very sympathetic because she too does not eat meat. She told me that she, herself will remake my order...whatI was not expecting was that she would also deliver it to me. Amazing Janet!! Thanks for your service. My favorite sandwich joint. I go to this location while waiting for my daughter to finish classes. (I refuse) to go to... McDonald's. Not much around the area, but I typically get the BLT with turkey, provolone, and cucumbers, my jalapeno chips andfresh pop. It's quick, they have dine-in. And I appreciate them putting a lot of mayo in my sandwich. I went to another Jimmy'sand they didn't put any Mayo. How am I gonna eat a dry sandwich? It's all in the prep and I think this location does a greatjob. Read more
Every time I get a sandwich from here they mess it up. It?s not an online order, I go in and say my order the person making the... sandwich listens to me and forgets peppers every single time. Have tried to order from this location the last two nights. Last night, we received a call that they did not have a driver and... that they had to cancel the order. Tonight, placed the order, waited an hour and called as the order showed it was received.Spoke to the store and said they just cancel every order that comes in since they don?t have a driver and he didn?t have time tocall every customer that they needed to cancel their order because he wouldn?t be able to get anything done at the location.Impeccable customer service!
