Was there yesterday store manager Lamar is very mean and rude to his staff he was talking unprofessional to a female staff that... was trying to take care of my order and check me out and others he also was rude talking to me and my husband one day. The oldmanager was nice and they got things done. We also picked up another time and the same manager was being very rude to anotheryoung women and a young man to be Honest I do not know why they still have this man working in this store and operate in it cuzit is ridiculous now and he fixed me a sandwich and the meat was not good at all the taste was off I hope they make some changessoon because IDPH might need to get involved and close this place down. This restaurant was good But they got rid of the old staff and old manager and now this jimmy johns has turned horrible
Ordered pickup 2 separate times, showed up 15 min later and ended up waiting 20+ minutes in the store while everyone who walked... in and ordered got their sandwiches before. They gave us stale chips and forgot items in our sandwiches. This place isunorganized and extremely slow - don?t ever order online here during lunch. Read more

Tonight, placed the order, waited an hour and called as the order showed it was received.Spoke to the store and said they just cancel every order that comes in since they don?t have a driver and he didn?t have time tocall every customer that they needed to cancel their order because he wouldn?t be able to get anything done at the location.Impeccable customer service!
