Turkey shortage. Aka half the menu. Go to a grocery store. They have turkey. *CLARIFICATION: IF YOU WANT TURKEY DON'T COME HERE.

Worst location, ordered online, took over 45 minutes and still wasnt delivered. Called and the manager was rude and clearly... stated "we dont advertise freaky fast anymore". This location was .3 miles away so obviously their logistics or planning is subpar. DONT USE THIS LOCATION! Read more

This location is everything against what jimmy john stands for when it comes to customer service. I came here before the the... person at the counter was rude and could careless about my order. I figured it was off day. Everyone has those. Came back againtoday and same person at the counter with the same attitude. Also, freaky fast?! More like freakishly slow. Read more

I decided to order lunch from the Clybourn location since I work down the road at CH Robinson. I hadn't ordered before today and... doubt I will do so again in the future. I went to the area where the sign said Pickup and waited with my order number, the trackorder notification said my order was ready. I stood there by the pickup sign and the young lady making sandwiches ignored me.After I got her attention, she said "what do you want?" Her tone and mannerism were unpleasant and harsh. I said I hadn't beentheir before and was looking to pick up my online order. She turned her back to me and said "it's in the corner if it's ready,"again unpleasant and harsh. That's not the kind of treatment or response I receive from the JJ's by my house and was notimpressed with her attitude. I understand that staffing and work conditions can be difficult right now but treating newcustomers to your location rudely isn't necessary. I love the JJ's by my house and plan on continuing to go there, but I'm notlikely to return to your Clybourn location. Read more

I ordered two sandwiches one was fine. The other one I ordered was a #6 veggie. When I got the sandwich it only had bread and... cheese on it. Ok whatever mistakes happen. So I call the store and they claim they did not make this order. Ok maybe I calledthe wrong place... never mind I did so I call again five minutes later and no pickup. What a mess. Read more

I typically post reviews when I've had a positive experience. However, the three sandwiches we got today were so terrible, I... feel obligated to say something. When you order two slims for 2 picky children, you know what to expect. I did not expect brickhard bread and limp cucumbers. When I got my Turkey Tom on wheat, I thought they made a mistake and gave me a kids sandwich too.I haven't been to Jimmy John's since pre-COVID times, but Jesus.
