I am 29 weeks pregnant and work nearby so I order from this location almost weekly and they are SO kind and accommodating and... never make me feel like a crazy lady for any of my weird pregnancy requests. it probably sounds silly but the kindness means somuch to me! they go above and beyond, i?ve also reached out to corporate to let them know the extra mile this location goes :) Read more

Rating is for delivery via the app: horrible! It takes for ever (over an hour each time). The driver doesn?t ring the doorbell... or update the status in the app. The app won?t let me change locations otherwise I would. This location is miserable. Update: amonth later no one has reached out as promised below after I submitted the feedback. Dropping from two to one star. Read more

I?ve Given this store multiple chances and it?s always a disappointment, I?m allergic to bread so I order the unwiches and every... time I get one it comes falling apart, not taped, and essentially a salad. Today we got our sandwiches and there were multipleingredients missing. No hot peppers on my spicy east coast Italian, and no mayo or mustard on my guests sandwich either. I?vealso waited over an hour before on multiple occasions for a delivery which is typical when ordering food, but not for jimmyjohns who I count on being ?freaky fast?. Other locations are amazing which is what has kept me coming back, but it?s safe tosay I will no longer be ordering from this store. Read more

This location closes at 9pm every day and it will not show up for delivery on Jimmy Johns' website prior to that. I filed a... complaint with customer service at Jimmy Johns corporate and they have done nothing to resolve this. In fact, they went out oftheir way to defend a different location for not delivering to me at 820pm because I was "out of their range" instead offiguring out why one of their franchises is incompetent. Meanwhile every restaurant on Lincoln avenue delivers food pastmidnight, especially on weekends. Good riddance. Read more

The "manager" or whatever he wants to call himself has more of an attitude than anyone I have ever dealt with. Especially... considering this is a Jimmy Johns. He took my order wrong and then snapped back at me saying he didn't. And when I said he wasrude when he first took my order, she responded with "I was not rude when I took your order" - mmmmmm, girl.....you were. Ifyour job is so high stress I would suggest taking a seat. Management used to be great over there, but I will be passing on thisplace from now on. Pretty sad too, because the delivery guys are always so nice. Just ask them their opinion of themanager..... Read more

45 minutes is freaky fast for three blocks away? I haven't had Jimmy John's in over 6 years. This will be the last. Extremely... rude service. The "GM" is the worst of all. You obviously have never taken your job seriously and lack the most basic customerservice skills. I asked for a refund and was hung up on. Thanks again, guys! Great work! Read more
