Ordered online and this thing sucks. I ordered extra oil & vinegar and got the dryest sandwich Ive ever had in my life. Ordered... extra jimmy peppers and jimmy mustard aswell. Neither were present. I have ordered from this Jimmy Johns for the last few months. They always forget to bring things for my order such as Mayo... packets for 3 times in a row that I have ordered. I am in the office by myself on Saturdays cannot leave for that reason and donot have the time to tell them how to do their job. Terrible management and staff bikers don't take there job seriously and employees on sub line don't take considerable in... preparing your sub or club accurately. Management doesn't seem care if you call back with complaint very rude and inconsiderate. Use to be one of my go to places. Not anymore. (Lost a true customer) Read more
Place is terrible, delivered our food to a random person outside of our building and didn?t notify us it was delivered, it had... taken an hour and a half to begin with. Once we called the store to ask what was taking so long the manager refused tore-deliver because they ?were out of the food we ordered.?
