Quite possibly the most poorly operated JJ in the country. Staff has a lot of attitude, their bread is always stale and they... always ask you to insert your card instead of tapping for some reason, which is kinda shady tbh, as tapping is considered muchmore safe from CC scammers. Read more

First time ordering delivery was yesterday. The lady one the telephone was very polite and professional. Did have a couple... questions and she answer all of them professionally.The delivery driver was professional. Even call to let me know they wereoutside. The sandwiches were great quality and fresh. Poor customer service. I'm an student in Truman college. Many times I bought sandwich from this store. The person who works here... is rude. She behaves like she doesn't want to have customers there.
