HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not go to this Jimmy John's. I walked in to place an order. I was the only customer in the store. There... were five - 5 - workers behind the counter, making sandwiches, prepping, walking around, etc. I waited for almost five minutesfor someone to take my order. I finally had to ask if someone would please take my order and they told me to wait. I guess theydon't want my money so I'm heading to the next closest Jimmy John's. I've never had an issue with the sandwiches. I would suggest however never to order a drink when choosing delivery and to save... that $3 for something else. The delivery guy showed up and says he's been very forgetful all day and forgot my lemonade. Hedidn't bring his phone so he didn't contact the store to remedy this. When asked what I can do about it, he offers that I callthe store but he doesn't seem too confident that they'll deliver it. I call the store and ask if I can be refunded. No straightanswer there. So the guy puts me on hold several times and finally asks, "So, uh do you want us to still deliver it?". I mean, IDID pay for it, didn't I?! So of course, I said yes. He said they will send someone out. They never sent someone out. It wasmore of an annoyance to them to fix an issue they caused. I love Jimmy subs but I won't order from this location again as I havea feeling forgetting and not fixing issues is a common occurrence here. Great customer service guys! /s. Read more
I placed my order for my event, 4 hours in advance . The manager DeeDee guaranteed the sandwiches would be delivered on time at... 6:30. 38 minutes later they arrived. Terrible customer service by managers promise. Read more

First of all when I walk in the facility the employee was playing hard rock music, which I didn't have a problem with, but when... they change the music to rap my be because I'm a 39 year old Afro-American know that a problem, the person at the registerwouldn't give me time to read the menu maybe because it was close to closing time and I send $10.00 for a cold turkey sandwich abag of chips and a soda, I told the lady at the register that I'm going to have it for here, so when I ask one of the work for a tray he told me that they don't give out tray for customer who eat at the facility. While leaving this facility I was saying tomyself that I should have follow my first thought and where to Giordanos Pizza restaurant right across the street Jimmy John'sSandwiches don't never have to wrong about me sending any money at there restaurant again.
