This is the worst Jimmy Johns. No matter if I go in-store or order online they never get it right.
This is my number #1 restaurant for sandwiches. I love their variety of sandwiches . They announce my address and phone number... when I call . I love that, to make sure I am who I am. They make my sandwich just right and they deliver fast. I have noproblem tipping those delivery workers ,they are always on time. Read more
I went to J.J's and ordered a sandwich. The worker rang it up and asked for credit card. She coughed into her hand and was... going to make my sandwich. Visiting Chicago and ordered Door Dash from Jimmy John's best the hotel because it said 20 minutes. After an hour, I attempted... to cancel the order on Door Dash. However, Jimmy John's did their own delivery and the store had to be contacted. The personthat answered the phone began to state that they were short staffed and my card works be credited without receiving anyinformation from me. He hung up on me. I called back in an attempt to confirm that the order would be canceled and he said itwas too busy to speak to me before he hung up again. Thankfully, I was able to cancel through customer service at Door Dash whostated that they had not begun the order. Just horrible!!! Read more
Delicious. Hands down I don?t think I?ve ever had a bad experience with Jimmy John?s before. They always get it right and when... you say ?easy on the x? they listen to you. Naturally, I liked my boyfriends kickin chicken sandwich better than the one Iordered ???? But both were absolutely delicious. I appreciate that they keep their onions cut small because I absolutely hatebiting into a giant thick chunk of onion when I?m eating a sandwich! Soda was also nice and freshly carbonated and everythingwas well packaged and fresh. Always hits the spot for a quick lunch! Read more
