Great sandwich shop! Great conversations inside the store. Help with gift cards when they have trouble scanning. Food delicious.... And the staff is friendly. My order took an entire hour to get there. Possibly a tad longer but I digress. And I was on my lunch break so I was like at... most expecting it to take 40 minutes to be delivered. Because a place that refers to its-self as ?Freaky Fast? I would expectthat at minimum. Today was the last time I ever eat at Jimmy John?s. I walked in and ordered a sandwich: Giant #9 w/ everything plus extra Dijon,... and ?hots?; also included a drink, chips, and cookie. Total with tax was approximately $31. That?s right $31 fricking dollarsfor a sandwich. I gave this place three stars because: the staff was courteous and greeted me when I walked in the door,everything was in stock (chips, cookie, sandwich toppings, etc). The store was clean, and the clerk wore a mask (correctly) andchecked my vaccination status when she realized that I was going to eat inside However, $31 bucks is just to much to pay for asandwich; even in these trying times. They constantly forget to add in any additional add ons or when I order extra stuff from the online ordering. They've messed up... a few of my orders in the past but this time I'm reviewing about it. They gave me a Vito when I ordered an Italian Night Club -under the "favorites" that's supposed to come with "twice the meat or cheese" and had neither of those. My sandwich was quitesmall and on top of that missing MOST of my add ons and extras. I'm so disappointed. I went back and they said they're out ofcapicola but would add on extra salami, which ok I guess, but compared to how skimpy the sandwich was already, it was just like"I guess" Read more
My sandwich was made to perfection! The bread is always fresh and delicious at Jimmy John's. The staff there were incredibly... kind and upgraded me from a medium to a large drink at no extra cost. Excellent customer service! I love me my Jimmy peppers! Read more
