The bathroom lock doesn?t work. An employee and a customer walked in on me while using the bathroom. This happened over a month... ago, I informed the employee about what happened and they said they would speak to their superior and let them know. Obviouslythey haven?t or they did and nobody cares because I came in again today and the same thing happened to me. I thought they hadfixed the issue since it was open for use and there wasn?t any sign but I was wrong. Maybe this complaint will actually havethem send someone to fix the lock??????????? Read more

I asked for a veggie slim with avocado and got a regular sized piece of bread with cheese on it, no veggies and zero avocado. I... called and asked about the whereabouts of the rest of my meal and was told the veggie slim didn?t have any veggies on it. Alsozero apology. Really nice. Never go here. Read more

Great subs sandwiches or thick homemade grain bread. When I walk down to buy my usual sandwich. It's worth the walk. Love there... Pork sub but add my BBQ sauce and the Italian sub. I like to try their many other subs. It fills your belly. Read more

Haven't had Jimmy John in a while, but this place was on right next to the Walgreen I was visiting so, why not. Got the... roast beef and turkey. Roast beef was more medium rare , then medium which is to my liking. Now I recall why I preferPotbelly over Jimmy John. Read more
This location has been a little inconsistent over the past few years, but generally good. Lately it's been excellent, and my... recent order deserved five stars. Bread, meat, cheese and produce were all very fresh. Please keep it up, prproetors, and I willorder more often (again). Terrific sammies tonight. Read more
