Skimpiest sandwich EVER all around? meat and veggies and no Jimmy mustard added as requested!! I order JJ?s a lot and this is... the worst sandwich! This particular Jimmy John's has always been on point. They never messed up my order and are always quick. I've ordered from... this one about two dozen times already so it's probably safe to say this is the standard you should expect. The food itself isprepared well and the staff are friendly. I use to come to this Jimmy John's a lot for lunch. Walked in today for a sandwich. Ordered cheese on it... got back to my... car... ate a quarter of the sub... no cheese... turned my car off again... walked back... asked for cheese... they wereconfused... as was I... they definitely charged me for cheese. The place was not busy... Basically failed the sandwich test. AsI was leaving and about to get to the door they asked if I wanted a drink or something I said no... and left... I just wanteda sandwich that didn't cost me 20 minutes of my life. I didn't make a fuss about it I just won't ever go back again. If themain mission of the establishment is to provide complete sandwiches in a hurry.... that was an antithetical encounter. I work not too far away, so the fast delivery is always a life saver for lunchtime. I used to order more frequently, but in the... last few times the delivery drivers, despite very detailed instructions, have attitudes and refuse to leave their vehicles tobring in my order and even some of my coworkers whenever they order. Leaving us and them to order less and less. Today'sdelivery, literally 10 minutes before this review, the driver would not leave her vehicle, copped an attitude and refused togive me her name. Maybe let these drivers know what being a delivery person is supposed to do? Read more
The young lady Kayla is very unsanitary and unprofessional. Her attitude is unacceptable when bringing business here. She got... really upset with me, because I asked her if she could change her gloves. She had just exchanged money with me at the registerwhen placing my order. Then she starts to prepare my sandwich, with the same gloves she handled money with. So now when I comein to get something she gives me one of the most nastiest attitudes. So I leave without purchasing if she's there. I only knowher name, because another employee there called her by name one day when I stopped in for lunch...... Good service from theshorter young lady there. She's very professional and handle things in a sanitary manner. That's why I always tip her for hercustomer service.... Read more
