There's a serious staff retention issue at this store. When it is open there's only 1 person doing online/ phone orders. No... walk ins. We walked back to our car to call and place the order for pick up at the door. The whole system was ridiculous Read more

I ordered at 12:23 so that my husband could take a sandwich to work with him. He was red Jinny johns so I ordered more than an... hour before he had to leave. At 112 it says it?s out for delivery, I call because my husband has to leave no later than 1:30. Icall and the girl on the phone tells me they have been back up all morning so it?ll be here soon and hangs up. No estimate ordriver contact, nothing. Then at 125 the driver calls me from down the block telling me to come out for the order yet he isnowhere near my house. My husband had to find the driver and grab the order and run to work because he was running late. An hourfor a place that is known for being ?freaky fast? , this is ridiculous. Read more

This location is going down the tubes bad. I've ordered here for several years and was always pleased until about a year and a... half ago. The delivery service has gotten incredibly slow and often my orders have been wrong. It wasn't bad enough for me towrite a bad review until today. I live less than 3 blocks from the location and after about 20 minutes I got concerned andcalled the store to find out where my food was (usually would take between 5 to 10 minutes) the girl who answered started toblame construction but quickly was replaced on the phone by the manager who was rude and dismissive. All she could say was ifthe food wasn't good whenever it came I could call back to cancel the whole order and she would send the driver out to pick thefood back up? Fortunately the driver seemed to care about his job because he kept the food in a cooler or something because mydrink still had ice that wasn't melted. Pretty bad when the delivery driver cares more for the customer than store management.I'd rather choke down subway than deal with that woman again. Read more

I ordered online for a sandwich and entered the wrong address that was 4 min away from where it should?ve been delivered. As I... realized it was my mistake, the delivery guy Rafael gave me a hard time as I called him twice on the phone and sounded mad andkept saying excuse me to me like 7 times does not understand English very well. Chances are you're here because you 1) need to find the location 2) ate here and want to review Or 3) want to be employed... here DON'T DO IT! RUN!!!!! The owner is the nicest man you could ever meet but his staff is a nightmare. Depending on who madethe store prep, your food can be a hit or miss. The customer service is great when REAL managers are around and terrible whenthey're not. Everyone is either fresh out of high school or been working for the owner for so long that they've developedmanagement entitlement issues. And because the owner is so nice he let's them all run the store lord of the flies style. I'vebeen coming here for years. I've seen so many great managers come and go because of this staff. This store has a very mean andclicky atmosphere from what i overhear behind the counter. Watch out for the small Mexican girl I usually see in the mornings.Very mean lady who likes to talk loudly about other people because she thinks she's the only one who knows spanish. After seeinghow bad they are treating people behind the counter today I no longer want to support this business. So sad because I love jimmyjohns. Good luck to the few who i see are good workers. ? please owner, be more in touch with how your staff acts when you arenot around. Nobody deserves to be treated the way your staff treats their coworkers/management. Posting this to save at leastone person from a terrible work environment.
