Online says they close at 9pm- but if you place an order an hour before then, they cancel your order with no explanation. Very... poor customer service, and it just seems to get worse everytime I choose them. Unfortunately, this was not the first time. Itwill however be the last- I have too many other choices in the area to pay premium price for disappointment. Read more
The wait is typically longer than I prefer, but I appreciate the management. They try to make things right with customers, and... if they make a mistake they fix it. The customer service is fantastic. I would recommend this business when you are not in arush. Read more
I?m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED that after waiting an hour after my DoorDash order pickup time. My order was still not ready and the... store clerk?s response was to just cancel my order as the resolution for me waiting patiently for an hour AFTER she told methat my order would be ready in 10 minutes when I initially arrived. I understand getting busy. But, inconsideration is never agood customer service solution. Especially after a loyal customer gives you over an hour of their time and still end up withoutthe product that they already paid for. Great pizza, but the place is very understaffed. If you order your pizza a full hour before they close you'll get a message 20... minutes later saying your order was canceled. Then you have to wait 3 days before your money is refunded. Feelsbadman Read more
We?re fans of Jets but the last time we ordered delivery it was 1.5 hours later than what was promised which was already a 75... min wait. When I called, they said it would be another 10 minutes. 30 minutes after that, I called again and they said theyactually don?t know where the driver is and to just keep waiting. Any decent manager would of ensured we got comp-ed somethingon our next order. Unfortunately, after 5 years or ordering from them, we won?t be ordering from them again. Read more
