I had placed an order with a different Jets Pizza location (Harlem), to find that the staff was extremely rude, I was put on... hold for 25 minutes trying to figure out where was my order. I was eventually hung up on and was furious by this customerservice. I needed pizza from Jets for a party, so it was a big deal to me. I got so fed up with the Jets Pizza on Harlem so Iopted for the Jets Pizza on Armitage and spoke the the manager Kevin. He was extremely apologetic for a mistake he didn?t evenmake nor did his location make, but understood my frustration. He was so helpful and very kind, he assured me of my food as heunderstood it was a priority to me as a customer. When the food arrived it was fresh and delicious, my guests were extremelyhappy. 10/10 customer service !!! This is the best Jets location hands down. Always happy always making the orders right. Anytime I put an order out for pick up... with the well done crust they do it right and I got caught in traffic one time? No soggy sad pizza for me they had remade it formy order without my asking. We were in Chicago for business, and hit a local blues club. Got hungry and walked a block to the closest pizza shop, Jet's... Pizza...BEST PIZZA EVER! My wife LOVED it and raved about the crust, the sauce, the spices...she said it was the best pizza shehas ever had, whether in Chicago, New York or Philly! Highly recommend Jet's Pizza! Read more
I order pizza from this place all of the time and they mess up some orders but nothing too bad. However, tonight they delivered... a pizza to me and forgot to put the sauce on it. They are only partially refunding me because ?they?re pretty sure they putsauce on it?. As you can see, they didn?t. I offered to send this photo but they said they couldn?t do anything more for me. Iunderstand they think I?m ripping them off but when a customer says they?ll send a picture you should either let them or trustthem. Read more
It?s a chain restaurant, but the pizza and the cheese bread was pretty good. I would definitely eat here again. The pizza did... take a while to come out, even though I only ordered a couple of slices. The dining area could also probably have been cleaner,seeing as how it was the middle of the afternoon and not that busy. Still, not a bad experience. Read more
I love Jets but this location did me wrong. First they use doordash as a delivery service and they have no accountability, they... left my pizza outside and didn't even call me. Next my pizza was burnt and one of the 8 corners pizza had no cheese on it. Igot turbo crust but they seemed to turbo crust the whole pizza. It was the worst pizza I've had from Jets and was verydissapointed. This chain seems to have zero quality control. Edit: the owner reached out to me and told me that he's madechanges to ensure better quality and that I give them one more chance. I was missing Jets so I did order again and the pizza Igot this time was much better and on par with what I expect from Jets, which is very high quality. I appreciate that the ownerwas proactive and cares so I am updating my rating. Read more
