2 regular subs. 1 Roast Beef-1 Tuna and small chips $30 dollars..Not going back! The bread on my RB was not fresh. It was hard!
I love jersey mike?s but this location is literally ALWAYS a hot mess! They never get your order right and the customer service... is horrid. This location will make not want to eat jersey mikes any more. I know their is a labor shortage but they really needto find some employees that have just the slightest clue about how to work there. I enjoyed my visit to Jersey Mike's because it has good tasting sandwiches I had the turkey sandwich which was ready in a short... time. I decided to dine indoors and the football game was on. I just went and order a Philly regular they literally put no meat on my sandwich and peppers cheese a slight meat. The girl who... rang me up had the worse attitude and I had to wait for my change. She also tried to charge me for 2 sandwiches. Then themanager came and gave me my change and tried shorting me $1.03. I would have never cared if their customer service skills were alittle better. Used to LOVE Jersey Mikes. Then I ordered 2 giant subs, they made them and I was just about to pay, when I told them I want them... cut into 4 and wrapped into 2 because I take public transportation. The little brown haired boy with high pitched voice snappedat me and said then I'm charging you for 4 REGULARS. Before I could respond, he said it 2 more snarky times. I said ok, enjoyyour dinner and walked out without buying. Went to a different location who was kind and did what I asked without charging mean extra $10 for the same amount of food. I was at this location yesterday and I ordered a regular Chicken Philly on rosemary bread and a giant Big Kahuna on rosemary... bread. The cook gave me the chicken philly right but I had to wait 15 minutes for the other sandwich. Once I got home andopened the sandwich I noticed that it was on white bread and that's not what I requested. I tried calling to make them aware ofwhat happened and the phone went to voice mail and it was full. I was not happy with the long wait of my food and the cookdidn't pay attention to the order and saw that I wanted a different type of bread. Read more
My order was cancelled by the store and my points for a free sandwich was never refunded to my account. I called the store... today and was hung up repeatedly on by Melissa around 440pm 11/18/2022. Kiera (thank you Kiera ????) ended up helping meresolve the issue and was told that Melissa says it couldn't be refunded to my account to call corporate. I told her that theysaid to call the store to handle it. I want back my points. Refund my points back to my account. I will no longer be going tothis location due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness I have received trying to resolve this issue. Also, sometimes the breadis as hard as a rock and wasn't refunded for that sandwich even though I couldn't eat it. This location's bread has been staleway too many times. Read more
