Jersey mikes is usually good but this location is REALLY bad, the service is awful. Expect to wait 45 minutes for a pick up... order when the store is not busy. Read more

Online showed a 45 minute wait to pick up a sub - showed up on time to get it and was told it would be another few minutes.... Fifteen minutes later I'm still waiting so I ask again - no one can find my ticket and when they finally do I hear "oh we musthave given it away to someone else". A+ work all around team. Read more

First time back since pre covid. Tried 2 hot subs shared with my son and a classic Italian for my partner. All three were... excellent. Service wise, the young lady working the counter was as good a customer facing employee as I have ever seen. Justoverall a really good experience. Read more

This jersey Mike?s location is super friendly. I?ve been here many times and I always feel like the customer service goes above... and beyond. If you?re looking for a local place to grab a sandwich even though this is a chain I feel like this location has aneighborhood feel. This place is on par with the rest of the members of its fellow chain. I will say for this location specifically if you ever... order from the app definitely don't trust the time estimate and add some time for busy hours. I have waited nearly 20 minutespast pick up tines before but I've not had this problem at other locations. Read more

I don?t review often, because I know how hard working in the service industry is these days. However this store is in need of... serious process improvement. I?ve stopped in dozens of times and while the service isn?t exactly what I would consider speedy,this is the first time it was awful. I waited in line for 5 minutes to order. Sandwich prep was quick enough, but I then waitedan additional 7 minutes just to get to the register. Long line? Many customers? No, just one other customer in front of me. Theissue was that the employees couldn?t figure out how to swipe a gift card. During that time, several pickup orders were helpedand grabbed their food. By the time I finally arrived at the register to pay, the employee tried to give me the incorrectsandwich. The manager apologized and said ?I?m sorry, I gave that sandwich to someone else.? Presumably one of the to-go orders,which brings me back to my point of process improvement. This is a line prep store, and should not be that difficult. Themanager?s fix was to say ?let me make you another sandwich. Mike?s way?? Which I?m sure is part of their branding, but came offcompletely tone deaf given the situation. That was not at all how I ordered the sandwich, and I wasn?t about to wait another 10+minutes for them to remedy the situation. I said ?no thank you, I will go elsewhere.?
