My once favorite is now the worse. I used to like their lunch slices but they are now kept in a warmer where they get old and... dried out and never taste fresh. When I asked to see the slices before they bag them, the cashiers have an attitude, Only tofind out I was right. The slices are dried out. They say that they are making fresh ones but take the same amount you order inthe back and rewarm them. The taste and quality has gone down hill. Read more

A week ago we order 2 pizza through post mates driver ate out of both of them, this was very disappointing and nasty ???? the... restaurant needs to start sealing the boxes so the food won?t be tampered with. Who don't like Italian Fiesta Pizzeria ???? this pizza in the Urban Community is nearly like Nike of the Pizza industry. Good... Pizza, the flavor remains the same after all these years. The only issue is locations, be careful seem to be hardcore activitiesnear location. I would recommend getting Uber for delivery. You need a lots of patience if you go inside to order. This place has definitely changed over the years. I called in an order for 1 large sausage and cheese pizza and was told it... would take about 45 mins. I arrived at the location in about 30 minutes. I walked in hoping my pizza might have been ready inless time and to my surprise it was. I got the box and heading home. Because the wife and I were hungry at the time we starteddigging in. We opened the box only to realized the pizza looked much different then we remembered the last time we ordered about2 years. It looked smaller. The pizza was definitely cold. Please tell me how a pizza that's supposed to take 45 mins to makegets picked up in about 30 mins and it's not hot at all! Then the crust was thin and soft especially the bottom of the pizza. Sosoft we had to fold each piece like a taco just to eat. It looked like it wasn't cooked all the way. Because we were hungry westill ate it. Not a good experience at all. Oh my gawd I love this pizza ????. It felt so good to be back home in Chicago eating good food. I highly recommend this place
