We had a really bad experience with Insomnia Cookies this evening. We placed an order for delivery right after 9:00PM, and... didn?t receive the cookies until 11:30PM. We called the store multiple times, and the worker wouldn?t grant a cancellation andrefund after we requested, and was very rude in our conversation. The cookies did eventually arrive, but they were of coursestale and cold by the time they did. One of our six cookies was crumbled up. So, please beware if you order cookie delivery! Read more
Insomnia Cookies were a satisfying dessert. ???? I asked the cashier which flavors were the most fresh. She said they didn't... have any "on the rack", meaning none of them were fresh out of the oven. I wasn't surprised since it was 10pm on a Sunday. Theydo, however, keep they're cookies in a warming drawer which keeps them nice and melty. I ordered a chocolate chunk (original)and a peanut butter cup cookie (premium). They threw in an extra chocolate chunk on the house. :) The premium cookies arebigger for $4 versus the standard for $2.50. I think the regular are a better bang for your buck. There?s more chocolate fillingper square centimeter (or however you measure a cookie!) The to-go boxes are thick cardboard like a pizza box and keep yourcookies warm all the way home. Read more
I usually don?t say this things like this but?if you don?t like the cookies from Insomnia Cookies something is wrong with you... ???? I?ve never tasted anything like it! Staff is friendly and helpful. Just delicious and the perfect amount of sweetness. Theystay warm for a while too. Great options and creative recipes. My kids had been wanting to try this place so we stopped but I had forgotten my debit card at home. Very disappointed that they... didn?t want to accept my hundred dollar bill especially seeing how I was paying 30 bucks for a few cookies and some ice cream.Will probably never go back.
