I've tried to get cookies at the location by loyola on Sheridan for the last 2 nights and both times they didn't have cookies. I... can understand if I'm coming in 30 mins before close even an hour ok. BUT TO COME 3 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE AND THEY STILL DON'T HAVECOOKIES.. NOW THAT'S INSANE. The female employee with green hair (she was either Asian or Latina) was extremely rude, and was very unsanitary when handling... the cookies. Pretty sure she was either angry or half asleep, or maybe even both. Whatever she did to the cookies made themtaste horrible and I ended up throwing them away. Read more
Ordered a cookie'wich for pickup. When I grabbed the box it felt light, so I asked the employee if the ice cream was in the box.... She said yes. Of course, I got home to find that there was no ice cream included, meaning they forgot to include half of myorder. Waste of money. Read more
This is probably the worst delivery service on the planet. If I could give it a zero I would. Sent my son a cookie cake for his... 19th birthday. Never received it. I called again, replacing the original order. Never received it. The company is literallyacross the street from my sons dorm. How hard can it be? As a a parent of a Loyola Chicago student I advise you to never askthem to provide an order for a special occasion. They literally stink and will continue to disappoint student after student.
