elderly men running the business might not have the best attitude and customer service, but the Hyderabadi food is mediocre .... This was my second time getting really bad tummy ache after eating their haleem. Unsure what kind of fat they use to make it,and what kind of ingredients they add to it but it definitely doesn?t taste authentic and pure . Phew! Where to even start? Ordered one of the chicken and one of the mutton dishes, I asked the incompetent gentlemen who... seemingly owns the place to define what was in each of the dishes and he was unable to tell me what was in the food that hehimself cooks. We received the food and we barely took a bite when we knew this food was inedible. Both dishes literallyconsisted of discolored paste submerged under a thick layer of oil with little to no meat. In hindsight my money would have beenbetter spent had I just flushed it down the toilet. Don?t eat here, terrible service, and some of the worst food I?ve evertried. How the city food inspectors haven?t closed this place down is a true mystery. The one good thing we got here was thecanned ginger ale. My arteries clogged just from looking at the food. Read more
Purchased Hyderabad Dum Biryani and Chicken Kohla Puri, and both were terrible. They were neither authentic or tasty. Basically... we got oil with a bit of chicken thrown in. This was along with promises from the guys at the counter that the food would beauthentic. Definitely do not recommend. I would recommend Naan on Devon or Hyderabad House for good food. Read more
Easily the best biryani and chicken 65 on Devon. Warning both are pretty spicy, so if you can't handle spice, ask them if they... can tone it down a bit. That aside, it is excellent. Read more
This restaurant is the most pathetic, irresponsible people restaurant I have ever seen before. We just been there . We ordered... just one chicken noodles and daal takra with two naan for dine in. We have order at 9:15 pm . After 40 minutes when I asked theugly , irresponsible person who I think a manger . He realized that they even didn?t order in the kitchen. After 45 minutes theystart the order. Literally we were sitting there for 50 minutes and after that we left that restaurant without eating . And thatugly, and seems like bhangi manager said ok. The staff is very rude, irresponsible, lazy and even that counter person didn?tapologize. I don?t know how these people manage in rush hour cuz we were the only customer at that time . I will never go tothis restaurant in future. If anybody wants to eat Hyderabadi food kindly visit , Hyderabad house and Hyderabad kitchen. Theyvery well know how to manage. Read more
The old man at the counter is very arrogant. Made me wait for an hour for my order mutton biryani and haleem, when I asked him... do you think is it fare, he started yelling at me saying "what should I do now, I don't care, If you don't come again. If youwant the food take it otherwise leave it". May be your food is good sometimes but customer service is the worst. Atlast aftercoming home for driving for an hour, I saw the order I received was chicken biryani. I also verified with him asking about myorder. He also charged me for mutton. Seriously someone should look into this matter. When people come from this far and wantto have your food the minimum is to give proper service. Seriously ruined my Eid. Never recommend this place. I rarely give any restaurants 1-star. However, the food quality was very bad and many of the dishes did not fit the description.... The chilli chicken was reddish in colour. And the food tasted like it was from a Shan mix. Would definitely not go again. Read more
The guy these asinine ppl are dissing is nayeem bhai and he's exactly the opposite of what they're telling..they might be from... opposite jealous restaurants. he is nice polite always smiling and making pans in the corner ... plus I had this $18 buffettoday which was worth every penny ... I didn't touched the chicken and fish tho but the paya and marag are authentic hyderabadidawat style... I hope Allah give good health and wealth to nayeem bhai. Read more
