So, I've spent my money here a couple of times and the first few times the ladies at the entrance were polite. However, the... cashiers or cooks have messed up my order many times OR had me waiting longer times even after I've called in to order prior topicking up the food. When I question about it, the interaction has gotten worse and worse. I was calling to make my orders soI'm not sure if they became familiar with it but it got to the point.. recently where they start putting me on hold right offthe gate and I'm waiting but then I've called from a different number and they take the order. SMH... I'm a young lady just likea lot of them... I know myself and I know what I want... maybe they're not used to that but that's not my problem. Instead ofimproving the quality of their customer service especially with lady customers, ones that are just as beautiful as them... theydecide to blackmail my number. I had to school these ladies more than once on their delivery and I will not continue to spend mymoney at this establishment. Good food but the customer service reps are the worst. Read more
Friendly service. Food was good. The delivery of our food was a bit slow just for wings. Could have been a short staff on a... Sunday afternoon. Note, I enjoy spice but the Ghost Pepper sauce was a notch above my range!! I got 2 down out of 10. Proceedwith caution and enjoy!! Read more
Food was super mid. The wings were underwhelming, HOWEVER, the service was phenomenal. Our waitress (Kaiah?) was great. The... music was so weird, like, I swear Celine Dion would play, and then nickel back would come on. Made no sense. All in all, greatplace to go for a family reunion or to have Christmas dinner. I walked in with a friend around 8:30 and as we were walking in we were just talking about hopefully not waiting too long to get... a table, and we were greeted by Jeanette (hopefully spelling it right) who helped us get seated right away. She was easily thenicest person I’ve ever met, she escorted us over to our seats and told us we would be taken care of shortly. Not even 5minutes later Eariel (once again hopefully spelling it right) asked us what we would like to get started with. The service/hospitality that these two beautiful ladies provided was great, anyone looking to stop by should definitely look for them! Avoid this location. Staff was nice, but not very attentive. Had to ask for water multiple times and request silverware once the... food had arrived. The burger was ordered MEDIUM.
