They have a great bagel sandwich and chai latte. Pretty laid back spot with good music to get some work done to if you like hip... hop or rap. Not quiet but not really loud. Best described as a small shop with mostly seating for two people at a time. Staffwas helpful, fast, and friendly. Service animals only. Read more
Updating review & adding a star, since first visit have moved to the area and now frequent Hero. First visit was just an off... day, as a whole a great shop with high quality smooth coffee +pastries from west town bakery ????. *****(review 1.0)Was reallyexcited for this shop but didn?t quite hit the spot. Just got coffee which was good enough, there seemed to be a backlog on foodservice and a faint smell. Would give it another try but not overly impressed. Read more
Great coffee, good service, wifi, and overall setting. I'm a fan of their pastries, especially the half-size muffins. The *only*... downside so far - the kitchen is completely open to the cafe and they burn things some every so often, without venting it outenough...so the entire place and your clothes then smell of burned oil for a while ¯_(?)_/¯ Read more
Hero had solid coffee and friendly service. My latte was great. My wife's mocha was a bit overly sweet but that seems fairly... standard these days anywhere that you go to get your coffee fix. It's a cute little space, fairly standard pricing for theircoffee, and certainly worth a visit. Just know that there's not a ton of seating so this may not be a place you want to assumewill have open spots to sit and chat, you might be taking your coffee to go. Read more
