We were so glad we had a reservation. Other parties were waiting 45 min and we were shown immediately to our table. All 4 of... us ordered something different and we all absolutely loved our food. We had a table with a view of the outside. As lifelongCub fans we loved all the Cubs memorabilia. It was so neat to visit the interactive museum afterwards. Really fun place totake our two teenagers! Be sure to take the express elevator! What a blast to hear Harry Caray singing the 7th inning stretchon our way up. Honestly. It kind of brought me to tears, in a good way. The chips were AMAZING. The wait staff was verycareful about food allergies. Really great service. This was a big treat for our family and one of the highlights of ourChicago trip. We enjoyed checking out the shops in Watertower Place afterwards too. Read more

Sadly the food was subpar. I had a steak sandwich that was grey and mostly unrendered fat. The rest of the group got burgers... that they report were decent. Read more

My wife and I had a baby shower where. We hosted about 75 people for brunch with unlimited mimosas. Samson and his team did an... amazing job throughout the process. The food was amazing and space was very clean. Read more

Nestled on floor 7 of the Water Tower Place and across from the Chicago Sports Museum (which we didn't have time for), just be... aware that the Google and the signage inside the Water Tower Place don't align very well, some places must'vefrequently Pictured are the steak sandwich for $20 and the strawberry cream shake for $8. Sweet mercy, was that good, onlything that could have made it better would have been au jus sauce to dip the sandwich. We did make reservations via OpenTable, but I don't think that would have been necessary, as it wasn't terribly busy for a Sunday evening. Read more

This was my first experience here I've worked downtown for years and been in water tower before, but this place was great !!!... The service was great Alexis was very kind and quick with our food. Mind you this was the 4th of July weekend. We did not havewait forever for our food. The Italian sausage was great, and the margaritas are strong, so to be their own. The sports museumwas fun as well! Great for the whole family. I highly recommend coming here for the experience, the prices were not bad either. Read more

Our waitress was amazing (Ariana sp?) and Shaun was so attentive. We took our grandkids here for their first Chicago train ride... from Kenosha, WI. Great kids menu - highly recommend the root beer floats and Choc Nutella shake as a drink for kids! We lovedour Chicago style hot dogs with chips and greens for sides. The museum is truly a gem and the grandkids loved it - sointeractive! Read more

What an absolutely amazing venue. The museum was unreal, what a tremendous collection of history. I guess it’s only players... during Caray’s era as I was slightly disappointed there wasn’t anything for the Black socks. That’s not worth notvisiting, or a reduction in a star. Totally worth the visit. Read more

Great service and an amazing burger! The hostess staff could be much warmer and more welcoming, though. Her face is Chicago to... the many visitors. Do a better job training your hostess. As far as the food, the burger was one of the best I have had and theHarry Mary was fabulous! Had no idea and I live right by! Delish! Read more
