If I could give 0 stars I would. Please stay away from this Harold?s chicken. My family and I were served under cooked catfish.... It was pink in the inside. While waiting on the food the man that was the cook in the kitchen went outside in his apron cameback coughing bad then went back to the kitchen. I brought this to the cashier attention she said he washed his hand. Stayaway!!! I will be calling the health department. Read more
Well first of all the order took longer than expected......the person who was dining in, received the wrong order.....the guy... who was waiting before me, had to wait longer because the wrong order was given to someone else.... there the 2 minutes I wastold to wait....turned in 5 more minutes..,..once I got to my room....my bread was soaked and soggy from the chicken with hotsauce dripping it ....fries were covered with hot sauce and we're also soggy.......not a very good first impression from avisitor/tourist!! I only ordered from this location because the better one on 35th doesn't deliver to my location. I'm not sure if they disregard... the instructions or not, but I put in all caps to fry the wings AND fries hard. Harold's fries tend to taste like it'sundercooked in the middle so I like the fries fried hard. Fries were still blonde, yes, blonde and pale and undercooked. Chicken was delicious! The mild sauce is just absolutely perfectly spiced with some sweetness. The fries were a bit soggy but it... fit well with the sauces up meal from the 4 wing dinner meal! Read more
Ordered on UE and it was old food. I ordered 4 wings and picked over 2. Roughly 30 minutes after ingestion, I been physically... ill. I have the chill and an extremely upset stomach.
