Haven't been there in more than a decade, I think. But, I looked it up for some reason.

In my review, I am comparing this place to restaurants like Au Bon Pain and Corner Bakery. Honestly, I prefer both of those... restaurants to this one. I ordered my food from the Ritual app over 45 mins vefore I got to the place. The meal was ready inabout 30 mins, per Ritual. When I arrived,15 mins later than the ready time, I was told the soup I wanted was not available. No prob, places run out of food at times. The servicer listed other soups available, and I chose one. That soup was also gone(ok, you don't know your current stock). So, I pick a quinoa salad. 5 mins later, I received my very small sandwich and nicelooking side salad. The mini Itslian Bresaola and avocado sandwich was very good. The salad was good. Unlike eating at theother 2 restaurants I listed above, I am still very hungry from this pricey lunch. I am thankful I paid 9 dollars for this, instead of the 13 dollars this mini meal actually costs. Now I gotta go get some peanuts to fill me up. Read more

Excellent sandwich shop in the loop. Very clean, fast service and great menu. Choose your sandwich wisely, the pretzel bread can... overwhelm the sandwich. Read more

Love this place. Their food is top quality and I love that they use organic ingredients. I also get my coffee here every... morning and Jenni at the Randolph street location is simply the best! I only wish they had more options for some bread freemeals. I know, I know, its a bretzel place...but still it would be nice;) Read more

This place is so pocket and time friendly, given that it is right downtown. It did not take more than 5 mins from ordering the... food to paying and getting the food on a busy Friday lunch time.I highly recommended tasting their tomato basil soup. Read more

A little expensive but worth it! Some of the most delicious, made in front of you, sandwiches. Good soups, salads and even... breakfast items, too. And if you like chocolate, a veritable smorgasbord of bars from all over the world. Read more

Meh. It's so overpriced. And they charge for every single thing. A roll is $1!! And no butter. Today I had the avocado split pea... soup and it was garbage. Looks great on paper but the taste is awful. It was like a hot, green puree. Had to throw it away, which hurts, because it was fairly pricey. I love the idea of this place but it just doesn't deliver.
