Went there because it said they had gluten free options and because we are German and wanted to taste some ?German... goodies?. When we arrived they only had some leftover bread ends, which was not disclosed to us. Only when we paid $38 for two?sandwiches? and two coffees the waiter said that they don?t have the usual gf bread. One was split in the middle, the other wasboth ends of a pretty stale bread. The scrambled eggs had no taste either. The person making the coffee was a 12 year old boy(presumably) and it took ages to make a cappuccino and a black coffee. The whole place was very disorganised and the baldgentleman serving us just constantly shouted out orders at his team, bossed everyone around while trying to take my order.Customer service fail! I ate at this restaurant before going vegan and it is delicious. Now that I am vegan there aren't as many options. Recently, I... tried the angry Tofu. The tofu was kinda bland, however, the pickled onions were spectacular. I would prefer if the avocadowere mashed. Cool place. A bit expensive. Read more

Ordered "wild caught Alaskan smoked salmon" with the quinoa side salad, added extra salmon for a $3.59 upcharge and got what you... see in the picture. Not at all what I ordered (bowl of quinoa with a few tiny strips of salmon tossed in). I placed the orderonline and picked it up on my way to catching a train out of Ogilvie, so I grabbed the bag and headed out, didn't think to checkwhether or not they gave me what I ordered. When I emailed about this and included the pictures and order number, the responsewas quick but seemed canned or copy/pasted about how their ordering system is flawed and prints out in a confusing way to thestaff. It gave me a "SOSORRY" discount code for my next order. So basically, if you don't get what you order, their way ofmaking things right is to ask you to place another order and hope for the best. Unfortunately, this was my first time everbuying food from Hannah's Bretzel. Needless to say, I'm never coming back to this, or any Hannah's Bretzel. Your experiencemight not be as disappointing as mine, but I hope this serves as a warning to anyone ordering online. PS: the below picturesshow what a $15 order of food (before any discount/promo code) got me. Read more

Good food but WAY too expensive. I'm actually only commenting on Hannah's bretzel because it popped up on my phone as a "hidden... gem", and I laughed so hard because I think that's what I paid for a salad and sandwich at the place. Read more

Food was somewhat pricy, but for the flavor and products I could excuse it. Has a great selection of sandwiches, soups, and some... great chocolate choices. Definitely worth checking out. Read more

Inspired by my trip to Munich earlier this month I was looking for places that serve simple German food on a delicious German... bread. Found it! Hannah's is my new to go breakfast place! Love it! Comparing to American sandwiches - absolute winner! Read more

Got the Sergio's special and the flavors were incredible. The spice of the jalapeno mixed with the sweetness of the chutney and... the ham was perfect. My only complaint is that the food was a *little* pricey for the amount you get. Read more
