This was my first time trying Graze and I ordered the Jumpman smoothie. It was so thick I couldn?t drink it through a straw and... even with the lid off it was like glue. I could only taste the protein powder. Very disappointed for $10+ smoothie that Icouldn?t even drink. Would not recommend that one. I tied to pay with Apple pay and they said "only cash or card". I have noreason to make up a review. I'm not seeking a free smoothie or bowl. Read more
The staff doesn?t change gloves after taking cash or credit card payments. I watched an employee roll a banana out into a... smoothie with the same gloves he used to swipe someone?s credit card. This place definitely needs to provide better training.Also they didn?t have a manager on site. The first time I ordered they messed up my delivery order and when I showed up theysaid the same thing ?sorry the manager isn?t here right now?. Not going to support a small business who doesn?t care about itscustomers. If you are the owner, consider asking your customers for feedback so that you can learn and improve and make moremoney. If not, these poor reviews will rack up. We have plenty of options. Read more
